Signatures

Another aspect of family history you can collect, alongside pictures of people and gravestones, are signatures of our ancestors.  The best place to find such signatures are deeds and wills.  You can also find them on town documents such as affidavits or resolutions.  Here's an example:  William Buss's signature from his will dated 1695 at Concord, Massachusetts in which he claims to be 82.
