Grave inscription in Seven Generations: A Story of Prattville and Chelsea by Walter Merriam Pratt (Privately Printed, Norwood, MA, 1930) p. 48. The inscription is "Sleep on dear mother take thy rest, In the bright mansions of the blest; And in the morning when we rise; We hope to meet you in the skies." I've never searched for this stone in Chelsea. However, her death is confirmed in Vital Records of Chelsea, Massachusetts to the Year 1850 (NEHGS, Boston, 1916), p. 519. Bridget lived her life in New Hampshire, but moved to Chelsea in her later years to be close to her daughter Rebecca (Pinkham) Pratt.
