Women Lawyers in the 19th Century

This is the 1880 U.S. Census entry from St. Louis, Missouri for Michael's great-great-grandmother Julia Berkley (Brown) (Clarkson) Young.  Note her occupation: Lawyer.  How many women had passed the bar in 1880 in the U.S.?  It probably helped that her father and husband were also lawyers.  Still.  That's Michael's great-grandmother Vida age 7.
