Helen Schatvet Ullman has published another book in her continuing series on Connecticut colonial court records. This work, Minutes of the Court of Assistants 1669-1711, are appellate level court records. The appellate level has records from all over the Connecticut colony. Helen's first book was on the Hartford Court Records volumes 3 and 4, 1663-1687, 1697. [Volumes 1 and 2 had been previously published]. In that work, I discovered a court case that gave me a clearer look on the Clark family and led to an article published in The American Genealogist: Mary2 Lester, Wife of Thomas2 Clark(e) of Hartford Connecticut, The American Genealogist 83 (2007):68-73.
