Boston Tea Party
Tea Party people have been (annoyingly) much in the news of late. I won't go into politics here, I have another blog for that. I've been thinking though of the real Boston Tea Party, no small wonder since I live in Boston. The real tea party was on December 16, 1773. None of my ancestors participated. My Boston ancestry starts in the beginning in 1630, but after a few generations, they had left and lived west and north of Boston. By 1740, they were all gone.
