I'm almost always excited when I get a film from the Family History Library. I was quite disappointed in the Sandwich, New Hampshire Vital Records. Family History Library film #2392524, is births 1774-1900; marriages 1778-1947; and deaths 1845-1914. However, what it really is, is the microfilm copy of unordered pages of certificates. The records are not in alphabetical or chronological order. They are not even in birth/marriage/death order. It looks like someone took a draw; emptied it on a desk and starting filming the contents in whatever order they chose.
Now, one can always wade through the contents of the entire microfilm, but I chose not to. Not even for the Wallis/Wallace family. Maybe some other time, when I have an insane amount of time. P.S. New Hampshire certificates all look like this. This was what was on the microfilm--hundreds of these certificates.
