1. Robert Spencer was born about 1720 at Clanda Horky, Donegal, Ireland and died 11 November 1794 at Great Village, Nova Scotia. He married about 1750 in Ireland, Jane (---) who died after 1782. Robert was in Londonderry, Nova Scotia by 1770. Robert and Jane had four children: John, George, Mary, and William D.
2. George Spencer was born about December 1758 at Clanda Horky, Donegal, Ireland and died 31 May 1838 at Londonderry, Nova Scotia. He married on 14 January 1790 at Londonderry, Rebecca Denny, born about 1766 and died April 1838 at Londonderry, Nova Scotia, daughter of John and Rebecca (Mitchell) Denny. George and Rebecca had seven children: Lucy, James Mitchell, Catherine, Rebecca, Mary, Jane, and Margaret.
3. Mary Spencer was born about 1799 at Great Village, Nova Scotia and died 3 August 1864 at Londonderry, Nova Scotia. She married 26 January 1819 at Londonderry, Joshua Thompson, born about 1793 and died 3 April 1871 at Londonderry, son of Robinson and Isabella (Marsh) Thompson. Mary and Joshua had eleven children: Rebecca Denny, Archibald, George, John, Isabella, Robinson, Katherine, Susan, Eliza, Margaret, and Alexander.
