135. Joan BEAUFORT, born about 1379. She married secondly, Ralph NEVILLE, 1st Earl of Westmoreland, #230 below. She died at Howden, Yorkshire on 13 November 1440. She was the granddaughter of King Edward III, the son of John of Gaunt, the Duke of Lancaster.
136. Sir Marmaduke CONSTABLE, born about 1382, died before 5 August 1404. Flower's Visitation of Yorkshire, p. 64, which gives his wife's name erroneously as Alice. At this point the Visitations start to break down. They have a kernel of truth, but their specificities are always suspect.
