Anne Eure has two lines to Edward III from his sons Lionel and John. Most books on royal genealogy only give you these lines since they are senior (or the best). But Anne Eure has multiple lines back to Edward I, grandfather of Edward III, through some of his other children. Edward I had twelve children by his first wife, Eleanor of Castile and a further three children with his second wife Marguerite of France.
So the first two lines to Edward I are the same as Edward III and through his son Edward II. We will explore the other lines in further posts.
