He sold land on 13 September 1709 to Daniel Noyes that was in Newbury, Mass. (6 acres) for 21 pounds (Essex County Deeds 23:111). No mention of how he owned the land and no grantee deeds for him. No doubt it was land his father and grandfather owned.
